Drop-off your samples at our laboratory during regular business hours
(9AM - 5PM, Monday - Friday)

  1. Print & Complete an Asbestos or Mold sample Chain of Custody (CoC) Form

  2. Bring your labeled samples with your completed CoC to our laboratory located at 55 Accord Park Drive, Suite 2D in Rockland, Massachusetts.

  3. Our friendly laboratory staff will happily take your samples and assist with any necessary submission documentation.

Option 2:

Deposit your samples in our outdoor drop-box

  1. Print & Complete an Asbestos or Mold sample Chain of Custody (CoC) Form

  2. Bring your labeled samples with your completed CoC to our outdoor drop-box located at 55 Accord Park Drive in Rockland, Massachusetts. The drop-box is located to the left of the main entrance.

  3. Ensure that all of your samples and completed CoC are enclosed within a sealed Ziplock bag.

  4. Deposit all samples into the secure drop-box and await analysis results per your requested turnaround-time. For urgent off-hours analysis needs, please contact our on-call analyst at (781) 347-3936.

Option 3:

Mail your samples to us!

  1. Print & Complete an Asbestos or Mold sample Chain of Custody (CoC) Form

  2. Request a shipping label via our Label Request Form if you are looking to ship 10 or more samples. Otherwise please ship via the carrier of your choice if you are sending fewer than 10 samples. Our shipping address is:

  3. Pack all samples and completed CoC into an appropriate shipping container.

  4. Affix shipping label and drop-off at the appropriate carrier.
