Enter your information into the “Sample Shipping” page of our website. A prepaid shipping label will then be emailed directy to you! Note that shipping labels wil be provided during regular business hours (M-F, 9AM-5PM).

Complete the appropriate Chain of Custody form for your sample-type. Ensure that you bag samples individually using Ziplock bags, and that the bags are labeled corresponding to the information you’ve entered into the CoC. Package all samples along with the completed CoC into a standard FedEx envelope and affix the provided shipping label. Drop-off the package at your local FedEx pickup location.

All sample shipments are ‘Priority Overnight’ service unless otherwise specified, meaning that they will arrive by 10:30AM of the day following the date of shipment.

Yes! While you must ship a minimum of 10 samples to avoid any shipping fees, we will accept smaller shipments. Please be aware that a shipping fee will be added to your invoice if less than 10 samples are shipped within a shipment.
