We offer a variety of analytical tests specializing in the identification of mold and asbestos in building materials. We accept samples from commercial and residential sources, including from homeowners looking for peace of mind prior to that next DIY project!

We are conveniently located right off of Route 3 in Rockland Massachusetts. Our laboratory is on 2nd floor of 55 Accord Park Drive in Rockland Massachusetts. We also have a sample dropbox in front of the building for any off-hours sample drop-offs. Please ensure to include a Chain of Custody (CoC) form with your samples.

Samples may be dropped-off either in the dropbox in front of 55 Accord Park Drive in Rockland, MA or directly to our laboratory staff on the 2nd floor. Please ensure that you include a completed CoC form with your sample submission.
